\nThe role of the Branch Manager is to effectively manage branch resources and procedures to ensure that the contractual obligations to customers are achieved, and to provide leadership to all colleagues within the branch.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Ensure reporting and management accounts are accurate and correct.
\n\u2022Ensure financial and sales targets as met weekly, monthly, and annually.
\n\u2022Develop and enforce best practices to ensure operational efficiency.
\n\u2022Execute and Achieve sales Strategy.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Staff management
\n\u2022Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
\n\u2022Cultivate a performance-driven team, by motivating and supporting staff.
\n\u2022Manages and supervises department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.
\n\u2022Oversee all procedures and processes that are implemented and communicated effectively.
\n\u2022Manage the recruiting, vetting, interviewing, and hiring new employees.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Ensure that all services have been completed in accordance with company standards.
\n\u2022Address business inquiries from customers and team members in a professional manner.
\n\u2022Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
\n\u2022Assist Sales Team by preparing presentations for prospective clients.
\n\u2022Schedule regularly to engage with your customer base to ensure service excellence.
\n\u2022Build and maintain strong customer relations.
\n\u2022Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
\n\u2022Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
\n\u2022Give support to the sales team.<\/p>\n
\nQualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Must have knowledge of the Pest Control and Hygiene industry and be service orientated.
\n\u2022Must be a motivated self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment.
\n\u2022Must have strong leadership, motivation, and managerial skills.
\n\u2022Minimum 3-5 years\u2019 experience in a similar role.
\n\u2022Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability.
\n\u2022Proficient in all Microsoft programs.
\n\u2022Business Management qualification will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Exceptional communicator both verbally and written.
\n\u2022Logical thinker as well as strategic and organized.
\n\u2022Ability to manage and delegate tasks and duties.
\n\u2022Exceptional interpersonal skills and must have the ability to build client relationships.
\n\u2022Ability to solve problems efficiently and to be pro-active in identifying potential problems.
