Job Title: Counter Sales<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Edenvale, Gauteng, South Africa
\nReference #:<\/strong> LM
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent\/Contract
\nSalary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Greeting customers and taking orders
\n\u2022Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales
\n\u2022Following up on orders to prevent delay and frustration
\n\u2022Ensuring a clean and tidy counter \/ reception area at all times
\n\u2022Ensuring that each customer leaves the store satisfied
\n\u2022Assist all customers at the counter with their queries
\n\u2022Must treat all the customers with respect and courtesy
\n\u2022Counter Sales which will include Quotations & Queries
\n\u2022Must come from an Electrical Background
\n\u2022Maintaining own Back Order Report
\n\u2022Maintain good Time Management
\n\u2022Ensuring that Specials and Brochures are up to date that are on the Trade Counter
\n\u2022Additional responsibilities deemed necessary by Management
\n\u2022See to all telephonic sales quotations and queries
\n\u2022Load \/ Capture all sales orders and quotations on the computer system
\n\u2022Manage all back orders on all the above entered orders and follow up regularly
\n\u2022Advise customers of stock availability
\n\u2022Regularly monitor all quotes given
\n\u2022Assist when and where needed<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Matric
\n\u2022Electrical Qualification an advantage
\n\u2022Strong team spirit
\n\u2022Experience in a consumer \/ retail environment in selling electrical products
\n\u2022Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
\n\u2022Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
\n\u2022Customer service and good interpersonal skills
\n\u2022Physical fitness and excellent stamina<\/p>\n
