\nOneVoice South Africa seeks to appoint a part-time Training Administrator (20 hours per week) in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. This is a 12-months fixed-term contract (renewable – funding and project dependent) and depending on qualification, experience, and performance.<\/p>\n
\nNCV qualification \u2013 preferably Office Administration
\nComputer literacy (Excel and Word, especially)
\nFluency in isiZulu and English (written and spoken)
\nStrong training skills
\nOffice Administration skills
\nCommunication skills
\nUnderstanding of community development and organisational dynamics.
\nPassion to influence young people
\nSound understanding of Life Skills & Enterprise Development
\nAbility to work under pressure
\nMature with a can-do attitude
\nStrong time management
\nAbility to liaise with Stakeholders
\nExperience of collecting data and compiling Reporting Documents.<\/p>\n
\nMatric, a Diploma in Office Administration will be advantageous.
\nExperience: 2 – 3 years in administration within the NGO sector.<\/p>\n
