If you have the potential for management and you would like to enhance your career by developing your skills, this is the position for you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Deep Clean Manager &#8211; Uitenhage<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Uitenhage, Eastern Cape, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> DCM_20210920<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Managing the Deep Clean processes and running of a deep clean shift.<br \/>\n\u2022Take full responsibility for driving the supervisors to reach goals set.<br \/>\n\u2022Manage and coordinate all operational functions on his\/her designated site.<br \/>\n\u2022Ensure that Ecowize delivers a food-safe site.<br \/>\n\u2022Attend monthly meetings with the Site Manager to discuss all aspects of the site such as progress reports, client feedback and team performance, aggregate hygiene reports, and budgets.<br \/>\n\u2022Use information obtained at the site to complete inspections, micros, audits, and customer feedback.<br \/>\n\u2022Conduct and report meetings with Supervisors and Team Leaders.<br \/>\n\u2022Complete Operational documentation and procedures.<br \/>\n\u2022Utilize and maintain operational machinery, equipment, and technology.<br \/>\n\u2022Address staff issues with the supervisors and liaise with the HR department.<br \/>\n\u2022Manage individuals and team performance and identify any areas of improvement.<br \/>\n\u2022Manage the workplace\u2019s climate and culture and maintain a healthy work environment.<br \/>\n\u2022Coaching and mentoring of staff as well as developing skills.<br \/>\n\u2022Ensure that timesheets and staff rosters are completed and stored.<br \/>\n\u2022Ensure that all Safety and Security policies and procedures are adhered to.<br \/>\n\u2022Make any recommendations to improve the process and maintenance of systems.<br \/>\n\u2022Adhere to and promote the Company Value system by compliance with the Ecowize Way.<br \/>\n\u2022Deliver on customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022A good understanding of team management as well as the poultry side of the operation.<br \/>\n\u2022Grade 12<br \/>\n\u2022Minimum of 2 years&#8217; experience in the food production industry an advantage.<br \/>\n\u2022Must be able to manage the strict flow of operation and variable allocation of resources.<br \/>\n\u2022Must be strong operationally with a good track record in Industrial Relations.<br \/>\n\u2022Hours of work are not restricted to normal working hours &#8211; must have the ability to work additional hours and be flexible with working hours as requested.<br \/>\n\u2022Must be a good communicator with the client, management, and staff.<br \/>\n\u2022Drivers License and own vehicle essential.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attributes:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Exceptional communicator both verbally and written.<br \/>\n\u2022Logical thinker as well as strategic and organized.<br \/>\n\u2022Ability to manage and delegate tasks and duties.<br \/>\n\u2022Good understanding and knowledge of the cleaning industry and service orientated.<br \/>\n\u2022Ability to solve problems efficiently and to be pro-active in identifying potential problems.<br \/>\n\u2022Ability to work under pressure.<br \/>\n\u2022Must be comfortable with the Ecowize culture and values; Respect, Honesty and Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Open Communication, and Service Excellence.<\/p>\n<p>The Company is committed to complying with legislation and meeting its strategic goals regarding employment equity.<\/p>\n<p>When applying for jobs, ensure that you have the minimum job requirements.
