\n\uf0b7 Comprehensive knowledge in all beverages & spirits (whiskeys, brandy\u2019, gins), beers and wine
\n\uf0b7 Cocktail making knowledge and skill
\n\uf0b7 Advanced Barista skills
\n\uf0b7 Experience in similar upmarket establishment necessary
\n\uf0b7 Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
\n\uf0b7 Understanding of POS and speed point machine operations
\n\uf0b7 Excellent attendance, performance track record and references
\n\uf0b7 Must be passionate about hospitality
\n\uf0b7 Well-presented and well spoken
\n\uf0b7 Shows initiative as well as innovation
\n\uf0b7 Prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional guest experience
\n\uf0b7 Daily stock taking skills and knowledge of open
