The Technology Innovation Agency (TIA), an initiative of the Department of Science and Innovation, has a mandate to enable and support technology innovations across all sectors of the economy in order to achieve socio-economic benefits for South-Africa and to enhance its global competitiveness.

\n\u2022Develop and manage end-to-end processes designed to create value add for the customer
\n\u2022Develop and implement process optimisation\/ improvement strategies
\n\u2022Identify business process bottleneck, process redundancy, handshakes and suggest process improvements
\n\u2022Design and manage organisation wide process inventories
\n\u2022Facilitate workshop sessions aimed at development of business processes
\n\u2022Process business requirements into functional requirements and other specifications and user scenarios
\n\u2022Prepare accurate and detailed specifications and guides for end users
\n\u2022Provide training on business processes
\n\u2022Develop business case for procurement of business systems
\n\u2022Collect, analyse and describe business requirements of business systems.
\n\u2022Define system changes, specifications of integration, testing and customisation, including failure analysis and prioritization
