\nProject Governance:<\/strong>
\nMitigate the risk \u201cblockers\u201d related to product deliveries
\nEnsure project governance processes and decisions are applied consistently
\nProvide input to budgeting process per project portfolio
\nWork closely with Head: PMO, Technology, Business Units and other stakeholders to facilitate delivery and remove impediments.
\nProvide input into streamlining, adapting and standardizing new processes and artifacts across SA Distribution.
\nDrive high quality of all deliverables across complete life cycle.
\nCoordinate and facilitate project audits as needed.
\nManaging customer expectations for project deliverables.
\nPerform risk assessments to develop and measure response strategies, reporting, cost time quality delivery, and adherence to standards.
\nMonitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback.<\/p>\n
\nManage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project and Process Management.
\nSupport the process of business model rethinking by analyzing processes, practices, and procedures using prescribed methodologies.
\nBuild competency with Project teams and Operations teams in developing project metrics.
\nProvide leadership with meaningful performance metrics and status reports utilizing dashboards and other tools.
\nIdentify risks proactively, drive timely mitigation, and escalate to management appropriately.
\nWork with Business Analysis Team to document various business processes with flowcharts, manuals and other documentation outlining current practices.<\/p>\n
\nManage project lifecycle including (where appropriate to the project, the technical elements.)
\nManage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
\nDefine project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.
\nSupporting stakeholders in planning sprint iterations
\nDevelop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
\nMonitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
\nConfer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
\nSubmit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
\nPrepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
\nAssign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.
\nDirect or coordinate activities of project personnel.<\/p>\n
\nEstablish and execute a project communication plan.
\nSchedule and facilitate meetings related to projects.
\nInitiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans.
\nMonitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback.
\nNegotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.
\nIdentify need for initial or supplemental project resources.
\nIdentify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.<\/p>\n
\nEDUCATION:<\/strong>
\nQualification in Project Management (PMP) or related discipline
\nPrince Certification
\nAgile and Waterfall (SDLC)<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of 6 years of project management experience required, with at least 3
\nyears using Lean\/Agile methodologies
\nKnowledge MS Project and advanced MS Office skills
\nProven track of record managing multiple projects simultaneously
\nProven track record of delivery and strong work ethic<\/strong><\/p>\n
