\nStrategic Financial Planning
\nDriving the company\u2019s financial planning
\nDetermine, implement, monitor, review and evaluate budgetary and accounting strategies, policies and plans in consultation with other managers
\nEvaluates and advises on the impact of long-term planning, introduction of new programs\/ strategies and regulatory action.
\nProvide financial information and interpreting the implications for business performance and funding needs
\nCoordinate the development, implementation and monitoring of accounting and business systems and processes
\nDirect the preparation of financial reports summarizing and forecasting the organization\u2019s financial position such as income statements, balance sheets and analyses of future earnings and income
\nAssess capital finance proposals and the financial status of operational projects
\nAdvise on investment strategies, sources of funds and the distribution of earnings
\nDeliver long range profit forecasts, budgeting and financial reports
\nEnsure cash flow is appropriate for the organization\u2019s operations
\nManage business information strategy and the development and implementation of business systems to assist with analytics.
\nProvide business insights to different business units and entities to assist with forecasting and predictive decision making.<\/p>\n
\nReview operational expenditure budgets to support growth strategies, in conjunction with Financial Director.
\nDrive the implementation and provision of sound financial, Business Intelligence and CRM management services to the organization
\nEnsure the provision of financial and material resources to support operational strategies
\nEnsure adequate procurement practices and vendor management,
\nManage relationship with service provider and other agreed stakeholder management across the entire business.
\nDevelop and implement objectives, strategies and budgets
\nStrategic cost management
\nBusiness optimisation including quality, and not at expense of effectiveness
\nDrive continuous OPEX improvement and ensure optimal allocation.
\nDefine Policies, Processes and procedures to streamline the Business Unit and optimize efficiencies.<\/p>\n
\nIdentify potential and current risks.
\nDevelop and implement policies to mitigate potential risk
\nReport identified risks to relevant stakeholders and action plans thereof
\nDeciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risk
