\nDuties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nTeam Management & Processes:<\/strong>
\n-Management of the Sales Operations Department which includes the Creative Team, Brand Team and Campaign Management Team
\n-Responsible for supporting the Sales Teams within the business, as well as our Partner Media Brands by developing commercial products and creative solutions to meet clients\u2019 marketing needs.
\n-Conceptualisation, implementation and the booking of campaigns across all Media Brands as per signed-off proposals and schedules.
\n-Providing detailed post campaign reports for each client to showcase the results of their campaign.
\n-Continuously ensure efficient processes and ways of working are in place for the above Teams and how they operate with all other Departments and stakeholders.<\/p>\n
\n-To drive collaboration between Mediamark and its represented brands by developing strong relationships with all stakeholders.
\n-Develop integrated sales offerings using Mediamark\u2019s range of products, platforms, and tools to enhance the sales effort and put Mediamark at the forefront of innovative first-to-market solutions.
\n-Gain a deep understanding of client needs to identify and fill product gaps and generate new revenue.
\n-Assess market competition by comparing Mediamark\u2019s product offering to that of our competitors.
\n-Encourage buy-in for the product vision, both internally and with key partners.
\n-Work with the Sales Teams to develop product pricing and product sales strategies.
\n-Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes where needed.
\n-Represent Mediamark and its platforms by visiting advertisers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
\n-Introduce and market new products by developing go-to-market plans with Sales, Trade Marketing and Media Brands.
\n-Co-ordinate operational requirements by working with internal resources when required.<\/p>\n
\nExperience:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n-Previous experience in radio and digital media
\n-Good track record in people management (3 – 5 years as a Manager is preferred)
\n-High EQ
\n-Client relationships within the media industry advantageous<\/p>\n
\n-Strong interpersonal skills
\n-Attention to detail
\n-Excellent communication skills \u2013 written, verbal and audio visual
\n-Excellent problem-solving ability and negotiation skills
\n-Thorough understanding of sponsorships, non-traditional advertising solutions and the full media ecosystem
\n-Able to be decisive under pressure<\/p>\n
\n-Tertiary education in sales \/ marketing \/ business related sphere
\n-Experience across diverse media \/ marketing sales disciplines
\n-Valid driver\u2019s license and motor vehicle
\n-Good WiFi Connection at Home<\/p>\n
