\nResponsible for administration of relevant assessment-related documentation and tasks. Process all student assessment-related enquiries received from the various platforms, appropriately and timeously. Attend to assessment-related activities and reasonable day-to-day tasks assigned by the Assessment Supervisor and\/or the Academic Operations Manager.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Monitoring relevant assessment-related documentation and tasks to support the faculty, during the assessments cycle.
\n\u2022Manage and respond appropriately to assessment-related student enquiries received from various platforms (CRM, email, face-to-face and scheduled appointments).
\n\u2022Attend to assessment related activities and reasonable day-to-day tasks assigned by the Assessment Supervisor and\/or the Academic Operations Manager.<\/p>\n
\n1.Monitor relevant assessment-related documentation and tasks.
\n2.Manage and respond appropriately to assessment-related student enquiries received from various platforms.
\n3.Attend to assessment related activities and reasonable day-to-day tasks assigned by the Assessment Supervisor and\/or the Academic Operations Manager.
\n4.Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to upskill and reskill essential areas relevant for supporting students on virtual learning platforms.<\/p>\n
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
\n1.Matric is essential and a Diploma in Administration is advantageous.
\n2.A minimum of 4 years experience in an appropriate \/ similar type of environment.
\n3.Working knowledge of ICAS and CRM systems.
\n4.Computer literacy is essential especially in MS packages.<\/p>\n
\n2.Excellent Interpersonal skills.
\n3.Good team player
\n4.Good attention to detail.
\n5.Good communication skills especially verbal and written English.
\n6.Able to work independently
\n7.Ability to function in a highly pressurised environment.
\n8.Possess ethical integrity.
\n9.Have excellent digital literacy skills.<\/p>\n
