\nTrain and motivate existing team to drive revenue growth.
\nDevelop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales.
\nDevelop and manage activation plans.
\nDevelop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team.
\nMonitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to operational heads.
\nMaintain and increase sales of T3 Telecoms products
\nIncrease business opportunities through various routes to market.
\nCommunicating with the various networks and collaborating with them on various joint promotions.
\nSetting and monitoring of sales targets.
\nRecruiting and ensuring staff are trained in the field and by the trade Marketer if necessary<\/p>\n
