Job Title: HR Officer – EQUITY BONDED<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Isando, Gauteng, South Africa
\nReference #:<\/strong> RTA120; RTA121
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nThe role is accountable for providing efficient HR support to the Region. This role will be accountable for carrying out tasks related to regional Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Industrial Relations Employee Exit\/Redeployment.<\/p>\n

Key Accountabilities and Outputs:<\/strong>
\nTalent Acquisition:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Provide administrative support to ensure a seamless end-to-end Talent Acquisition process
\n\u2022 Ensure induction is timeously conducted for new recruits
\n\u2022 Help execute on agreed promotions<\/p>\n

Performance Management:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Effectively support in facilitating the end to end PDR Cycle (both good and poor performance)<\/p>\n

Industrial Relations:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Conduct admin related to Consequence Management (IR)
\n\u2022 Conduct admin related to Grievance Management as required
\n\u2022 Support with initiatives to ensure Employment Equity and Diversity and Inclusion<\/p>\n

Redeploy and Exit Employees:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Carry out all admin activities related to the redeployment and exit of employees, including through retrenchment, retirement, ill-health, transfer, etc<\/p>\n

General Operational and Financial Management:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Actively participate in operational planning and budgeting processes
\n\u2022 Drive continuous improvement through streamlining and optimising relevant operational practices, processes and systems
\n\u2022 Ensure adherence to operational and financial frameworks of practices, processes, standards and controls
\n\u2022 Control cost and take the necessary action to mitigate any financial risks or non-compliance
\nRequirements
\nQualifications and Experience
\n\u2022 Postgraduate Degree in HR or similar \/ NQF level 8 (Non-negotiable)
\n\u2022 Up to 2 years\u2019 experience (Operational Execution) Human Resources Management
\n\u2022 MS Office (Intermediate), Sage People<\/p>\n
