7.00 Annually<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\nProvide support to Project Sponsors, Project Owners and\/or Product Development function in developing and finalizing robust business cases for allocated projects (this includes setting up workshops and providing input into the drafting of business cases.)<br \/>\nExtrapolation of key information from business cases to enable efficient project planning and initiation (i.e. project scope, timelines, project goals, budget, sponsors, governance communication, change management, etc.)<br \/>\nPrepare project initiation \/ project charter and governance structure for each allocated project.<br \/>\nSupport the Procurement team and Business in the sourcing of appropriate service provider\/s for all allocated projects.<br \/>\nPreparation of a detailed project plan in collaboration with the IT Department,<br \/>\nFacilitate engagement between Product Owners, Development Team and Business representatives to enable the efficient gathering of project requirements, process mapping and architecture designs.<br \/>\nSupport Product Owners, Development and other IT stakeholders in preparing for the Software Development Lifecycle process<br \/>\nSubmit the project plan to the Programme Manager for review and sign-off.<br \/>\nExecute projects in accordance with the project plan and ensure projects are implemented within scope, budget and within the allocated time frame.<br \/>\nTrack project expenditure by continously monitoring the utilisation of internal and external project resources, reporting on any budgetary variances to the Programme Manager, Project Sponsor and\/or STEERCO.<br \/>\nSchedule and coordinate project meetings for all allocated projects, to ensure that feedback and progress is reported timeously to the relevant stakeholders, and by conducting follow ups to ensure action items are attended to.<br \/>\nCollaborate with the Marketing Department in the drafting and distribution of communication to the identified stakeholders.<br \/>\nMonitor adherence to the project plan and timelines by internal and external service providers,<br \/>\nEnsure that each allocated project has a comprehensive change management plan<br \/>\nContinuous assessment of negative and\/or positive impact on business operations for each of the allocated projects<br \/>\nSubmit finalized requirements for review and approval by Project Sponsors, Project Owners and Business representatives<br \/>\nCollaboration with the rest of the PMO team to ensure successful implementation to the overall strategic programme<br \/>\nContribute and provide input in finalizing PMO reports for EXCO, STEERCO and different MANCOs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jb.skillsmapafrica.com\/Account\/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FCandidate%2FFullRegistration%3FJobKey%3D1251db99faf54bd2b6555456b22e0a05%26isApplication%3D1&amp;ReturnUrlWithProfile=%2FJob%2FIndex%2F54964%3FAutoApply%3DTrue\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 05\/11\/2021<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To manage projects -to-end and ensure that quality projects are executed on time, within scope and on budget. &nbsp;
