Job Title: Procurement Clerk (Vendors)<\/strong>

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nA vacancy exists for the above position. Individuals that meet the requirements are invited to apply for this position.<\/p>\n

To upload, record and process vendors and other Procurement tasks.<\/p>\n

Roles & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Collaborate with procurement staff on list of approved vendors and database
\n\u2022Unload approved vendors to Dynamics
\n\u2022Manage, review and update vendor list and database
\n\u2022Ensure the scanning, electronic storing, safe keeping and archiving of vendor documents
\n\u2022Maintain good relationships with suppliers
\n\u2022Administration and reporting as necessary
\n\u2022Comply to policies and procedures
\n\u2022Resolve queries promptly.
\n\u2022Assist with Stock counts
\n\u2022Report writing
\n\u2022Ensure good housekeeping at all times
\n\u2022Be a team player
\n\u2022Accountability for your area
\n\u2022Ad hoc stores duties as instructed by the Procurement Superintendent<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nMinimum Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Grade 12 Certificate
\n\u2022Diploma (NQF 6) in Supply Chain Management or other relevant qualification will be advantageous.
\n\u2022Relevant experience as a Procurement clerk or similar position within the mining industry
\n\u2022Extensive ERP (Dynamics) knowledge
\n\u2022Computer Literacy (MS Office and associated software)
\n\u2022Able to perform standby duties
\n\u2022Ethical, Honest, Integrity and trustworthy personality
\n\u2022Good verbal and written communication skills
\n\u2022Valid certificate of physical fitness<\/p>\n
