Job Title: Financial Accountant<\/strong>

\nReference #:<\/strong> Ekuphileni Clinic
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent
\nSalary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n

Accounts receivable:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Creating and issuing invoices to customers
\n\u2022Processing credit notes
\n\u2022Preparing account statements for customers
\n\u2022Following up on outstanding payments and responding to customer queries
\n\u2022Preparing monthly billing reports and age analysis
\n\u2022Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies
\n\u2022Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information
\n\u2022Check the validity of debit accounts<\/p>\n

Accounts payable:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Payment of suppliers based on accurate documentation received
\n\u2022Ensuring payments are made in line with company procedures
\n\u2022Ensure appropriate segregation of duties processes are in placeAccounting
\n\u2022Performing reconciliations of financial records
\n\u2022Facilitation of audits and preparation of financial statements
\n\u2022Preparation of both financial and management reports
\nRequirements
\n\u2022Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting
\n\u2022Registered as a professional accountant
\n\u20223 years pprevious experience in a similar role.<\/p>\n
