Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nExternal Sales:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Achieve 100% of sales turnover target by the end of each month; measured by % sales turnover target; tracked by system
\n(studio) monthly
\n\u2022Achieve 100% of product target on a YTD timeframe; measured by % of product turnover target; tracked by system (studio)
\nmonthly
\n\u2022Develop and implement strategic sales plans and activities as required to meet sales goals.
\n\u2022Identify treats, opportunities and trends concerning key accounts and communicate information regarding this to relevant
\ncompany team members.
\n\u2022Network, develop and follow up on business leads
\n\u2022Analyse sales statistics to determine sales potentials
\n\u2022Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitor\u2019s status<\/p>\n

Cash Flow Management:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Manage expenses by managing your sales\/expense budget on a quarterly basis; measured by YTD budget; target at <98%;
\ntracked by actual budget monthly
\n\u2022Manage demo account 100% to the stipulated time frame set as on the demo forms; measured by % related to time frame;
\ntarget at 100%; tracked by account statement\/demo file monthly
\n\u2022Manage expenses; accountable for outstanding amounts and write off sales related to queries by the 10th of every month;
\nmeasured by day of the month; target at the 10th; tracked by account statement\/demo file<\/p>\n

Customer Satisfaction:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Manage customer feedback reporting profile to co-inside with YTD targets achieved; measured by % within allocated budget;
\ntarget at < 95%; tracked by report quarterly<\/p>\n

Leadership:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Help build and develop a team that is competent, dedicated, commercially astute and efficient.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nQualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Matric
\n\u2022Sales and\/or Marketing Diploma preferred.
\n\u2022At least 5 years\u2019 sales experience in total; 2 years solid experience at a similar level as required by the company
\n\u2022In-house sales training<\/p>\n

Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\u2022Sound written and verbal communication skills

\n\u2022Adequate knowledge of budgeting, sales principles, etc.
\n\u2022ICT industry knowledge
\n\u2022Establishing sales lead, building and maintaining customer\/stakeholder relationships<\/p>\n
