Job Summary:<\/strong>
\n1.Provide support for sales and academic administration by handling enquiries, providing information to potential students via fax, e-mail or printed form and the updating of sales and academic information systems. Assist branch senior management team with diary appointment support, selected filing and typing tasks.<\/p>\n

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/strong>
\n1.Switchboard reception
\n2.Administration and recordkeeping
\n3.Manage reception<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nREQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:<\/strong>
\n1.Matric is essential.
\n2.Excellent telephone etiquette.
\n3.A minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is required.
\n4.Computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
\n5.Typing speed of 25 wpm<\/p>\n
