\nThe Informal Market Manager leads the operational implementation of the informal market strategy within the regions via the informal market strategy. Through the management of the regional Business Partner Hub\u2019s and ensuring that Regional execution targets and KPI\u2019s are met.<\/p>\n
\nRESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong>

\nProvide coaching to BHP\u2019s and other informal regional staff
\nDrive individual and regions performance to achieve stretch goals and targets
\nBuild customer growth by displaying a clear understanding of the competitor
\nAssist BPH\u2019s grow their merchant base as well as their sales per merchant.
\nAssist BPH\u2019s improve the customer retention percentage
\nIncrease the number of spokes within the region<\/p>\n
\nManage, in partnership with the hub, the activation of the hub whilst assisting with establishing processes and controls within the hub to ensure ongoing sustainability and profitability.
