Job Summary:<\/strong>
\n1.Formulates and aligns the branch business strategy to the Country’s strategic plan.
\n2.Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day running of all branch operations, including managing operational risk and credit risk.
\n3.Ensures all internal policies, standards and procedures are adhered to by all branch staff.
\n4.Ensures the achievement of the Country’s budgets, portfolio targets and strategic plans
\n5.Recommend developing operational policies, procedures, and products and services according to market requirements; stay up to date on relevant market developments and trends.
\n6.Ensure world class customer service.
\n7.Prepares and submits monthly pay-outs reports to Head Office for budgeting monitoring.
\nMaintain a positive relationship with relevant stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022A degree in Business Management or related field
\n\u2022At least 5 years working experience in a financial Institution at managerial level
\n\u2022Open minded person with solid management and team working skill set
\n\u2022Good organizational, leadership, supervisory and negotiation skills
\n\u2022Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
\n\u2022Experience monitoring marketplace to identify business opportunities
\n\u2022Effective listening, communication (verbal and written)
\n\u2022Sound business sense, entrepreneurial thinking, and multi-functional understanding
\n\u2022Good Understanding of operations policies and procedures.
\n\u2022Knowledge of Customer Service Management
\n\u2022Has Multi-cultural awareness and the ability to interact with a wide range of differing levels of staff<\/p>\n
