\nThe Human Resources Department, which forms part of Shared Services, is seeking mature and innovative individuals, who possesses HR Support Administration experience, to strengthen its Human Resources (HR) support administration team. The team provides professional services to the HSRC staff. Its work processes and policies have been streamlined and simplified to deliver user oriented, value-adding services. As member of this team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with social science researchers of the highest caliber. The successful candidate will be based in the HSRC\u2019s Pretoria office.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Supports HR Consultants with all HR Administrative duties.
\n\u2022Maintains HR registers and ensures that HR information is correctly and timeously sent to HRIS and Payroll for processing.
\n\u2022Follow up on all outstanding HR matters.
\n\u2022Supports HR Consultants with recruitment and selection processes and any other related processes.
\n\u2022Ensures that all HR source documents are maintained as per the required standards.
\n\u2022Attends to audit queries and or any other related HR queries.
\n\u2022Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
\n\u2022Liaise with business partners to ensure effective and efficient delivery on HR matters.
\n\u2022Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements in the performance of the HR services.<\/p>\n
\nKey requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022A relevant diploma or relevant (NQF 5) qualification in a HR field or Administration field.
\n\u2022At least 2 years Admin support experience.
\n\u2022Working knowledge of MS Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
\n\u2022Strong organisational and administrative skills.
\n\u2022Attention to detail.
\n\u2022Ability to work under pressure and extended hours.
\n\u2022Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
\n\u2022Excellent interpersonal skills.
\n\u2022Must be able to work well within a team as well as independently.
\n\u2022Must be a SA Citizen.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022A working knowledge of VIP \/ SAGE will be an added advantage.
\n\u2022Customer centric and solution driven.<\/p>\n
