\nTo implement a market driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels, thereby delivering sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Customer Development:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Manage and build customer relationships with Outlet owners
\n\u2022 Drive weekly customer calls per outlet to build effective partnerships and resolve customer issues
\n\u2022 Ensure all current, correct customer master data captured onto Rapid Trade and is maintained
\n\u2022 Achieve customer sales volume targets
\n\u2022 Ensure each outlet buys directly from the Company consistently on a weekly basis
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n\u2022 <\/strong>Ensure the delivery of product availability, merchandising, promotions, pricing and space in each and every outlet
\n\u2022 Monitor volumes by outlet to ensure 100% availability of key brands and packs through forward planning
\n\u2022<\/strong> Manage stock rotation to ensure 100% availability
\n\u2022 Drive the effective execution of selective merchandising implementation in the consumption and purchase zones
\n\u2022 Negotiate and execute interior and exterior price communication; capture price priorities; ensure price point compliance and execute on the overall price and promotion campaigns throughout the year
\nAsset Management
\n\u2022 Manage the Company refrigeration assets by driving governance and compliance
\n\u2022 Manage all the Company assets in the outlets including permanent merchandising and signage
\n\u2022 Ensure the Company products are stocked in fridges as per guidelines
\n\u2022 Conduct asset verification surveys (Fridges, etc.)
\n\u2022 Assist customers with managing stock replenishment to minimise stock outs
\n\u2022 Manage stock rotation and quality<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nQualifications and Experience:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Grade 12 \/ Matric \/ NQF level 4
\n\u2022 Up to 2 years\u2019 experience (Operational Execution) Experience in a sales\/marketing\/FMCG environment
\n\u2022 Driver\u2019s License
\n\u2022 Basic knowledge of PC, or potential to acquire it<\/p>\n
