This allows them to successfully complete their final year studies in the field of Insurance and Risk Management.<\/p>\n<p>Simply put, we\u2019re helping to create an environment where you can make a meaningful contribution in your various fields of expertise, while continuing your own learning and growth.<\/p>\n<h5>What&#8217;s in it for you?<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>A one-year internship giving you exposure to the entire value chain of short-term insurance, from the perspective of insurer and intermediary e.g. broker.<\/li>\n<li>If selected, your final graduate year tuition fees will be reimbursed to you (conditions apply).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Have you got what it takes?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s important to note that candidates will be selected on merit. All selected students will have a specific development and mentorship program for at least one year, within Hollard and our business partners. Employment will be considered at the discretion of the HSB management and based on performance and other criteria. Candidates will also receive a full market-related salary.<\/p>\n<h5>Please note:<\/h5>\n<p>The 2011 Programme will run from January to December 2011, if you wish to apply we will be open for applications from August 2010.
