Data Centre (Durban)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> Technical Support Engineer: Visual Display, Cloud &amp; Data Centre (Durban)<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Specialists Services:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Identifying and creating solutions in the Enterprise vertical based on customer needs<br \/>\n\u2022Defining Scope of work pertaining to Enterprise Solutions<br \/>\n\u2022Developing and Maintaining relationships with Enterprise customers and Resellers<br \/>\n\u2022Helping internal staff to develop a fundamental understanding of enterprise offering<br \/>\n\u2022Developing and maintaining relationships with Enterprise Vendors at a Regional Level<br \/>\n\u2022Onboarding of Resellers to align with Enterprise Brands<br \/>\n\u2022Providing quotations to resellers<br \/>\n\u2022Creating awareness of Enterprise offerings and developing regional relationship with System Integrators.<br \/>\n\u2022Ongoing personal development on brand specific solutions<br \/>\n\u2022Negotiate prices for deals and tenders; determines product pricing by utilising market research data; anticipating volume; costing of special and customised orders<br \/>\n\u2022Assist sales and clients with information needed; calling on customers with field sales people and evaluating sales call results.<br \/>\n\u2022Marketing of Enterprise products and solutions<br \/>\n\u2022Planning and executing of Product \/ Solution customer events<br \/>\n\u2022Presenting to customers at new dealer inductions and Product events<br \/>\n\u2022Facilitate Enterprise &amp; Cloud quotations based on customer requests using online and off line tools.<br \/>\n\u2022Meet project deadlines for Enterprise and Cloud deployment<br \/>\n\u2022Promote Cloud readiness externally or internally<br \/>\n\u2022Host reseller events quarterly to educate on cloud readiness and to provid product update across the enterprise stack.<br \/>\n\u2022Leverage prospecting skills to identify, qualify and close new and existing partner business<br \/>\n\u2022Demonstrate strong business acumen with an ability to understand<br \/>\nour partners\u2019 business<br \/>\n\u2022Closes sales in complex, long sell cycle situations<br \/>\n\u2022Attend and\/or host Mustek, vendor and customer events as required<br \/>\n\u2022Complete online training as required<br \/>\n\u2022Arrange required training with Mustek sales team<\/p>\n<p><strong>Product Targets (100%):<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Ensure attainment of monthly product targets including YTD targets.<br \/>\n\u2022Ensure YTD target is maintained if monthly target is not achieved.<br \/>\n\u2022Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><br \/>\nMatric<br \/>\nTertiary diploma will be advantageous<br \/>\nDriver\u2019s license<br \/>\nMin 3 years\u2019 experience in a technical role<br \/>\nMS Cloud certification, A+, N+ and S+,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge:<\/strong><br \/>\nKnowledge of ICT industry<br \/>\nSales and marketing principles<br \/>\nGood understanding of entrepreneurial and commercial objectives<br \/>\nKnowledge of sales strategies and concepts<br \/>\nGood understanding of developing sales reports<br \/>\nComputer knowledge, specifically MS office<br \/>\napplications<br \/>\nKnowledge of budgeting principles<br \/>\nOffice 365 deployment<br \/>\nSharePoint deployment<br \/>\nAzure<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><br \/>\nTo promote and sell Cloud and Enterprise products and services.<br \/>\nTo present information\/do demonstrations of specific products to sales executives and\/or clients.<br \/>\nTo evaluate clients\u2019 needs and explain and demonstrate how Cloud &amp;
