\nResponsibilities:<\/strong>
\nCo-ordinate full performance management cycle across the business:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Implement and monitor the performance management process
\n\u2022Review and recommend improvements to performance management process
\n\u2022Monitor and report on performance management cycle deliverables as per performance management calendar and requirements
\n\u2022Research and remain up to date on all latest performance management trends
\n\u2022Provide SME guidance to line managers regarding the Performance Management process
\n\u2022Implement performance management program as per the implementation plan
\n\u2022Provide support to the regional and dedicated HR Business Partners with the implementation of performance management within the region
\n\u2022Provide SME guidance and assistance with the principles as well as the application of performance management within the specific business units
\n\u2022Monitor and track performance management training and employee engagement
\n\u2022Co-ordinate the performance management training on a monthly basis<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Drive change management initiatives within the Organisational Design framework
\n\u2022Provide support to the Organisational Design Manager on assigned initiatives
\n\u2022Provide input and assistance to the Organisational Design Manager on the creation of project road-maps to support OD and HR initiatives
\n\u2022Execute the relevant change initiatives as approved<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Conduct job analyses in collaboration with the business partners for new positions as well as the updating existing positions
\n\u2022Update the relevant platforms with the updated profiles
\n\u2022Act as custodian of the Job profile template through engagement with HRBP\u2019s on the correct application and provide training when required
\n\u2022Provide refresher training on job profiling and analysis to the HRBP\u2019s when required
\n\u2022Create PPA\u2019s based on the profile completed in collaboration with the HRBP\u2019s
\n\u2022Update the relevant process flows to be followed and customise as per business requirements
\n\u2022 Co-ordinate all talent management programmes across the business
\n\u2022Draft and\/or collate and maintain database of timeous and credible talent information
\n\u2022Maintain business plans to ensure a strong focus on talent and succession planning
\n\u2022Co-ordinate and support the classification and review of talent
\n\u2022Support HRBPs to complete and maintain talent grids for every business
\n\u2022Deliver updated talent information to the business
\n\u2022Collate the necessary analytics and statistical data for reporting
\n\u2022Conduct data analysis and research on international trends and best practice with respect to the management of talent
\n\u2022Provide specialist input into leadership development programs linked to talent pools<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Participate and co-ordinate the design and implementation processes of a customised competency library
\n\u2022Conduct research into the relevant competencies per role and engage in competency mapping
\n\u2022Provide input and support regarding the creation of customised interview guides aligned to the competency framework<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Effectively plan and execute assigned projects
\n\u2022Monitor, control and feedback on progress of projects
\n\u2022Conduct an effectiveness audit of project implementation
\n\u2022Apply change management is applied to new projects and key environmental changes
\n\u2022Advise and guide line management on change management processes
\n\u2022Provide input into the quarterly department newsletter<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Create and deliver customised training as per deliverables where necessary, aligned to business requirements and quality assurance standards
\n\u2022Provide training, support and advice to the HR on all matters pertaining to Organisational Design services
\n\u2022Certify that all parties are competent regarding the implementation of Organisational Deisgn initiatives
\n\u2022Maintain accurate and up to date training registers and submit to the Transformation Officer upon completion of the training<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Provide accurate, detailed reporting pertaining to relevant areas of responsibility on a monthly basis
\n\u2022Conduct audits and trend analysis throughout South Africa and Africa on a quarterly basis for Talent Management
\n\u2022Compile all reporting information for submission to the Organisational Design Manager
\n\u2022Adhere to all legislative requirements within the scope of the role
\n\u2022Implement and review the assessment policy and procedures to align with best practice
\n\u2022Comply with all relevant legislation pertaining to the HPCSA as well as SBV policies and procedures<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Administer, score, interpret and construct reports on psychometric assessments for various purposes in accordance with HPCSA guidelines
\n\u2022Conduct organization assessments and make recommendations based on the job profile and aligned to company policy and relevant legislative requirements
\n\u2022Consult with management and provide advice and support regarding their assessment requirements<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Provide Organisational Design support to the centres within Africa<\/p>\n
\nWork Experience:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Registered Industrial Psychologist- Completed 12 month Internship
\n\u20223 years\u2019 experience in the following HR Disciplines:
\n\u2022Performance Management
\n\u2022End to end psychometric experience
\n\u2022Talent Management
\n\u2022Change Management
\n\u20221 year experience in managing and implementing HR projects
\n\u2022OR:
\n\u2022Registered Independent Psychometrist- Completed 6-month Internship
\n\u20224 years\u2019 experience in the following HR Disciplines:

\nEducation :
