Houghton, Gauteng, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> BSA\/VT<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Effectively cross-collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define current and future state of business processes, identifying issues, and risks, suggesting mitigation strategies and driving towards sustainable solutions.<br \/>\n\u2022Own and drive end-to-end solutions throughout Operations.<br \/>\n\u2022Work closely with the key stakeholders to gather customer requirements, translate them into clear requirements documents, write compelling business cases and proposals, and then implement those approved and prioritized by the Operations Steering Committee and Project Portfolio Board to deliver cost-effective solutions.<br \/>\n\u2022Collaborate with all of Operations\u2019 partners to find alternatives and solutions to business challenges.<br \/>\n\u2022Identify, understand, negotiate and document business requirements with various groups.<br \/>\n\u2022Manage the delivery of business cases, project scope and requirements documents, test plans, and rollout communications.<br \/>\n\u2022Act as primary liaison with business functions and solution management during the development lifecycle, from needs analysis and bug tracking to UAT and rollout.<br \/>\n\u2022Develop and manage direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the business solutions are aligned with their goals and priorities, and how process automation through IT solutions will help them reach their goals.<br \/>\n\u2022Clearly understand, articulate and document existing \u201cas-is\u201d systems &amp; business architecture and define strategy for \u201cto-be\u201d architecture.<br \/>\n\u2022Developing methods, techniques, architectures and standards for obtaining solutions<br \/>\n\u2022Create and maintain a cohesive, coordinated plan to deliver solutions that meet the stakeholders\u2019 priorities within budgetary and product requirements.<br \/>\n\u2022Define and gain agreement on project budgets, ensure projects track to the budget.<br \/>\n\u2022Provide in-depth business &amp; technical strategy for systems solutions, identify business gaps and correlate to potential solutions.<br \/>\n\u2022Drive the prioritization process by which decisions are made around the final project scope.<br \/>\n\u2022Analyze and document requirements and use appropriate techniques to refine, review and validate requirements.<br \/>\n\u2022Demonstrate a sound understanding of how the overall business solution is positioned, deployed and supported.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Provide leadership to employees within the organisation, creating a winning culture and high morale<br \/>\nLead as an Ambassador and executor of Change:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Act as a change management architect in periods of change to ensure continuity to operations<br \/>\n\u2022Manage the integration of CIT and Processing into a seamless end to end solution for customers<br \/>\n\u2022Effectively communicate and embed new processes and procedures as they occur addressing or escalating matters \/ concerns to the SME\u2019s (subject matter experts) when required<br \/>\n\u2022Facilitate the necessary presentations, workshops or forums in order to ensure consistent and accurate communication is given across one\u2019s centre\/s<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u20223 years working experience with exposure to business analysts and testing experience<br \/>\no2 years Business Analyst experience<br \/>\no1 year Testing experience<br \/>\n\u2022Exposure to project management, project budgets and related processes<br \/>\n\u2022Process redesign, mapping on operational level, change control methodologies<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Business or IT related qualification<br \/>\n\u2022Business Analysis and testing course advantageous<br \/>\n\u2022IIBA\u2122CBAP\u2122 certification<\/p>\n<p>NB: Communication will be limited to shortlisted applicants only.<br \/>\nSBV
