Job Title: Human Resource Administrator<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/strong><\/p>\n Ensure accurate and timeous completion, collection and filing of all monthly payroll input and HR documentation required by the relevant payroll deadline. Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n A three-year degree or a diploma in human resources management or related studies a must.

\nSalary:<\/strong> R 7.00 – 7.00 Annually<\/p>\n
\nIn the role of Human Resources Administrator, you will act as the first port of call to employees and other stakeholders for all HR related queries. As a priority, you will handle the majority of employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork and engagement packs.<\/p>\n
\nEnsure effective & efficient Personnel Management including compliance to SOPs, processes, systems and procedures.
\nEnsure effective coordination, planning and organising of learning & development activities within the department.
\nEnsure effective and timeous Implementation of Recruitment Administration
\nEnsure Compliance to Protection of Personal Information (POPIA) legislation, organisational SOPs and processes.<\/p>\n
\nA Minimum of 2-years\u2019 experience within a similar role.
\nSage People 300 experience would be advantageous
\nMust be able to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment
\nStrong interpersonal skills required.
\nComputer literacy essential (MS Office).<\/p>\n
