\nSHER framework, initiatives and communications
\n\u2022 Support with maintaining existing SHER Frameworks of practices, processes, policies and procedures,
\nstandards and controls for application across all geographie
\n\u2022 Implement SHER awareness initiatives and communications
\n\u2022 Assist with ensuring that all SHER practices, initiatives and communications are clearly defined and in
\na language that everyone can understand
\nEnsure SHER Compliance
\n\u2022 Proactively identify on site activities that pose threats to workers’ health and safety and order the
\nsuspension of such activities
\n\u2022 Verify and monitor the implementation of mitigations \/ corrective actions to incident
\ninvestigations\/unsafe acts\/practices raised
\n\u2022 Compile detailed safety reports as required
\nSHER Mitigating Actions
\n\u2022 Recommend mitigating actions and if non-compliance is in direct violation of a specific policy,
\nprocedure or standard, escalate issue immediately
\n\u2022 Assist with developing mitigating plans that are practical, focused and dedicated to rectify non\u0002compliances, mitigate risks, and to prevent reoccurrences and future problems
\n\u2022 Collaborate with Program Manager to institute mitigating, control and remedial actions to drive
\nimprovement in SHER compliance
\n\u2022 Assist with conducting risk assessments
