Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nKey Performance Areas:<\/strong>
\n\u2022The individual occupying this position will design, develop and assess training material under management of the Training and Development Manager, ensuring that training standards are maintained, assists with special projects to ensure departmental goals are met and performs administrative tasks to ensure effective administration systems are in place
\n\u2022Create and maintain the quality, accuracy and effectiveness of all training & assessments in alignment with overall evaluation strategy
\n\u2022Manage the skills gaps between current and desirable learner skill levels
\n\u2022Research, evaluate, develop and recommend new and innovative approaches for all group Training initiatives.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nPosition Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Matric, with at least 2 years relevant experience in a training environment or 2 years experience in an operational department at the Beekman Group
\n\u2022Must be able to write training content, supported by existing SOPs, for the purpose of course development
\n\u2022Must be able to facilitate face to face learning of the course content developed, to a wide audience ranging from managers to general service employees.
\n\u2022The portfolio includes product and systems training in various operational departments. Therefore, experience in operational departments and Vacation Compass will be an advantage.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Excellent interpersonal skills
\n\u2022Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
\n\u2022Strong facilitation \/ presentation skills
\n\u2022Ability to use Microsoft Office (Ms Word, MS PowerPoint and Excel) at an Intermediate Level
\n\u2022Self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others
\n\u2022Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
\n\u2022Ability to work under pressure
\n\u2022Highly computer literate<\/p>\n
