With more than 50 years in the industry, we offer prestige brands such as John Deere, Toyota and Warath while our highly skilled staff provides professional and high-quality service and standards of workmanship.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Mascor: Service Manager (Kokstad)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Kokstad, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> Mascor: Service Manager (Kokstad)<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1.Customer service:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a.Ensure customer satisfaction is at 100% and all queries are attended to timeously.<br \/>\nb.Ensure proper communication regarding jobs in progress<br \/>\nc.Enhance facilities<br \/>\nd.Improve technicial skills in the workshop<br \/>\ne.Effective marketing<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.Profitability:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a.Ensure the Service Department achieves budget objectives by continual (weekly\/monthly) examination of accounts, operating controls and composite figures to allow the necessary improvements and corrective action to be taken where variations occur.<br \/>\nb.To operate the service department efficiently which will be measured by 85 % achievement of labour utilization.<br \/>\nc.100 % achievement of labour productive efficiency<br \/>\nd.85 % achievement of overall labour sales efficiency<br \/>\ne.Ensure accurate invoicing and job costing in the service department which will be monitored by the achievement of a labour recovery rate.<br \/>\nf.To ensure premises and equipment and other assets are controlled and used effectively.<br \/>\ng.Plan and allocate the technicians work based on their skill, expertise, and experience.<br \/>\nh.Monitor and boost warranty and service package sales.<br \/>\ni.Manage the service schedule, and warranty claims.<br \/>\nj.Direct and assist technicians to ensure repairs are completed to the desired standard.<br \/>\nk.Maintain service processes, policies and guidelines and ensure that they are carried out safely.<br \/>\nl.To check completed work and ensure parts and labour are fully accounted for.<br \/>\nm.Maintain workshop discipline and organization, ensuring cleanliness and safety of the working environment.<br \/>\nn.Communicate with the Branch\/Sales Manager on a regular basis to review workshop performance and address any specific issues.<br \/>\no.Co-ordinate with the Branch\/Sales Manager over the training needs and experience of the workshop team, and delegate tasks to match these needs.<br \/>\np.Responsibility for the special tool inventory and recommendation of the purchase of new tools if necessary<br \/>\nq.To maintain effective control of expenses in line with budget objectives by monthly examination of management accounts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1.Qualifications:<\/strong><br \/>\n1.Min: Grade 12 \/ N2 &amp; Job related Trade certificate<br \/>\n2.Ideal: Grade 12 \/ N2 &amp; Job related Trade certificate<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.Experience:<\/strong><br \/>\n5 \u2013 7 Year\u2019s experience as a Service Technician.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jb.skillsmapafrica.com\/Account\/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FCandidate%2FFullRegistration%3FJobKey%3D80f0294621b54ac293980021a51eba5d%26isApplication%3D1&amp;ReturnUrlWithProfile=%2FJob%2FIndex%2F56276%3FAutoApply%3DTrue\"><strong>Click Here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 27\/12\/2021<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mascor is a Company consisting of franchised Automotive, agricultural mechanisation and fuel.
