\nProduce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.<\/p>\n
\nOrganize own work schedule in order to get the job done, coordinating with support services and assigning short-term tasks to others if necessary.<\/p>\n
\nProduce, update and provide best practice support on MS documents, databases and other departmental systems to support the work of more senior colleagues.
\nTasks could include purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, time and expense recording and similar.<\/p>\n
\nRespond to routine requests using form letters or emails and to more unusual requests by editing templates to create customized responses.<\/p>\n
\nCreate, organize and maintain files containing the correspondence and records of a senior colleague.<\/p>\n
\nPrepare routine letters, memoranda, reports and similar documents following detailed instruction.
\nThis is likely to involve using the full range of functions within standard office software.<\/p>\n
\nWorks with guidance (but not constant supervision) to develop, monitor, interpret and understand policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives.
\nKnowledge of general STI industry policy and procedures<\/p>\n
\nWorks with guidance (but not constant supervision) to develop appropriate plans or perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.<\/p>\n
\nWorks under guidance (but not constant supervision) to analyze data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.<\/p>\n
\nWorks with full competence to use a range of Internet browsers to access data.
\nTypically works without supervision and may provide technical guidance.<\/p>\n
\nEnter claims information into database systems.
\nValidation of high quantum claims(Motor and Non Motor)
\nCalculate amount of claim.
\nPost or attach information to claim file.
\nTransmit claims for further investigation.
\nContact insured or other involved persons to obtain missing information.
\nReview insurance policy to determine coverage.
\nOrganize or work with detailed office records, using computers to enter, access, search or retrieve data.
\nProvide customer service, such as limited instructions on proceeding with claims or referrals to auto repair facilities or local contractors.<\/p>\n
