\nThe purpose of the Relationship Manager is to increase the company\u2019s market share through proactively building relationships with current and new customers, communicating campaigns and providing customized solutions through upselling and cross-selling across the different categories<\/p>\n
\n\uf0a7Proactive relationship building
\n\uf0a7Responsible for understanding customer\u2019s business and identifying and preparing solutions that are catered for them
\n\uf0a7Provide training on products and website platforms according to customer needs
\n\uf0a7Entertain customers from time to time
\n\uf0a7Networking & Marketing Campaigns
\n\uf0a7Communicate new campaigns to customers and work together with the customer to identify marketing opportunities
\n\uf0a7Meet with customer to go through spend profile and work proactively with them to find opportunities that could move the customer into a new loyalty program level
\n\uf0a7Conduct check-ins with customers whose spend is declining to establish the reason and to assist where possible
\n\uf0a7Customer Analysis (Reporting) & Complaints
\n\uf0a7Weekly reporting on Churn, YTD spend, monthly spend and activity report
\n\uf0a7Resolve complaints or escalate<\/p>\n
\nQualifications and Experience:<\/strong>
\n\uf0a7NQF 4Matric or Equivalent
\n\uf0a7NQF 6Marketing\/ Business Administration
\n\uf0a72-3 years\u2019 experience in Commissionable Sales
\n\uf0a73-5 years\u2019 experience in business to business selling<\/p>\n
