Job Title: Debit Order Administration Clerk<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
\nReference #:<\/strong> DOAC001
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent
\nSalary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nAll debit orders are processed accurately, timeously and in accordance with company policy
\nDebit order processing
\nSubmit debit order batches to bank\/online platform
\nManage debit order rejection processes
\nMeasure and manage all debit orders in tracking
\nReconcile successful debit order submissions against bank statements
\nPrepare and submit accurate reports within set deadline
\nPrepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly debit order reports
\nReview collection reports and identifies areas of concern<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nGrade 12
\n1 years in accounting environment or relevant experience with debit order administration
\nExposure to accounting systems
\nWorking knowledge of MS office suite
\nIntermediate knowledge of excel<\/p>\n
