\n\u2022Formulating strategies for new and existing products in both the medium and the long term for approval by Group Product Managers and Marketing Executive.
\n\u2022Quarterly data mining and management for positional strategies: IQVEA and ImpactRx
\n\u2022Briefing of Creative agencies (internal and external) and management of conceptual strategy for timeous and strategic roll out
\n\u2022Briefing of Communication team and input into bi-annual content plan
\n\u2022Drive Patient Support Programme (PSP) initiatives
\n\u2022Brief relevant media (industry) to gain appropriate product exposure
\n\u2022Developing relationships with key clients and opinion leaders in order to conduct market research, gain insights on competitor activity and test strategies
\n\u2022Preparation and delivery of presentations (new product launches, brand plans and conferences)
\n\u2022Preparation and management of marketing plans and budgets
\n\u2022Preparing innovative promotional inputs for implementation of marketing strategies

\n\u2022Ensuring effective product management and product building activities
\n\u2022Managing products through the life cycle
\n\u2022Collectively achieving top and bottom-line targets as per organizational goals
\n\u2022Effective budgeting and allocation of financial resources
\n\u2022Tracking marketing spend monthly and liaising with Finance to ensure correlation with monthly financial management reports.
\n\u2022Making pricing recommendations to meet revenue and profitability goals
\n\u2022Make recommendations on product incentive brands
\n\u2022Work with the National Key Accounts Manager and Market Access Manager for inclusion of Pharma Dynamics products on medical aid formularies and KA listings
\n\u2022Liaise with the Pricing Administrator to ensure completion of all documentation necessary for product pricing
\n\u2022Tracking of market share and evaluating any changes in the market to allow fast reaction to competitor activities
\n\u2022Marketing material sign-off and archiving diligence as per SOP requirements<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Identifying wish list products
\n\u2022Liaising with Business Development to source and prioritize new dossiers for future portfolio growth
\n\u2022Preparing for Product review committee (PRC) meetings for approval of new dossiers
\n\u2022Bi-annually updated Launch Readiness Plans (LRP)<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Launching new products
\n\u2022Ensuring the tools for implementation of the marketing plan and programs are delivered to the sales force on time
\n\u2022Training of sales force as per product requirements, in line with marketing plans
\n\u2022Planning, organizing and attending congresses and SMART functions as required
\n\u2022Work in field with Sales Representatives to ascertain their implementation of strategies and effective use of promotional material
\n\u2022Equip sales force to reach customers via Omni-Channels platforms (webinars, emails, WhatsApp, virtual detailing)
