National<br \/>\nRenal Care actively supports the recruitment of people with disabilities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Home Therapies Operations Manager &#8211; NRC Head Office<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> Home Therapies Operations Manager &#8211; NRC Head Office<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> R 7.00 &#8211; 7.00 Monthly<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Operational Home Therapies Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing<br \/>\noverall operations of home and peritoneal dialysis programs from a financial, technical,<br \/>\nregulatory, personnel, business management and growth perspective in accordance with<br \/>\nCompany goals.<br \/>\nCOMPETENCIES<br \/>\nCoaching<br \/>\nCaring<br \/>\nBuilding a Successful team<br \/>\nRespect for others &amp; Diversity Management<br \/>\nInfluencing others<br \/>\nCollaboration<br \/>\nEffective Communication<br \/>\nAdaptability<br \/>\nGood Judgement<br \/>\nOrganisational Understanding<br \/>\nDeveloping others<br \/>\nBuilding Trust<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/strong><br \/>\nEnsure growth of the business through marketing, communication and education of<br \/>\nstakeholders on an on &#8211; going basis.<br \/>\nResponsible for coordinating improved quality nursing care by ensuring compliance to<br \/>\nprofessional and ethical practice.<br \/>\nEnsure optimal patient care in line with NRC\u2019s policies &amp; procedures, best care practices<br \/>\nand quality initiatives.<br \/>\nAchieve program target goals for patient outcomes in accordance with quality patient care<br \/>\nand Company goals.<br \/>\nResponsible for coordinating capacity building, mentoring and training of all employees<br \/>\nunder his\/her control.<br \/>\nCommunicate with regional Operational management teams on a consistent basis<br \/>\nregarding the status of each home and peritoneal dialysis program in each region.<br \/>\nDevelop referral source relationships and oversee all marketing efforts.<br \/>\nEnsure that all financial policies and procedures are adhered to i.e. patient and program<br \/>\nadministration, CAPEX, equipment, budget planning, stock, waste, etc.<br \/>\nEnsure effective staff care by compliance to HR and payroll policies and procedures in<br \/>\nmanaging staff, staffing and related issues daily in the business.<br \/>\nDemonstrate the National Renal Care Values and Caring the NRC Way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><br \/>\nRegistration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse\/ Midwife or<br \/>\nRegistration with HPCSA as a Clinical Technologist (Independent Practice)<br \/>\nRelevant qualification with a minimum of 5 Years post basic experience and proven<br \/>\nleadership and\/or people management experience within healthcare (including clinical<br \/>\ncompetence in renal)<br \/>\nBasic understand of labour legislation, financial and change management principles<br \/>\nCapacity to implement and maintain standards of health practice required from all<br \/>\naccredited bodies and appropriate health legislation.<br \/>\nExcellent Interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nComputer Proficiency (MS Office) essential.<br \/>\nDriver\u2019s license and own transport a must.<br \/>\nFrequent travel\/overnight travel will be required.
