Job Title: Relationship Manager<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
\nReference #:<\/strong> RM_CT_01
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nThe purpose of the Relationship Manager is to increase the company’s market share through proactively building relationships with current and new customers, communicating campaigns and providing customised solutions through upselling and cross-selling across the different categories.<\/p>\n

Job Objectives:<\/strong>
\nProactive relationship building
\n\u25aa Responsible for understanding customer\u2019s
\nbusiness and identifying and preparing solutions
\nthat are catered for them
\n\u25aa Provide training on products and website
\nplatforms according to customer needs
\n\u25aa Entertain customers from time to time<\/p>\n

Networking & Marketing Campaigns:<\/strong>
\n\u25aa Communicate new campaigns to customers and
\nwork together with the customer to identify
\nmarketing opportunities
\n\u25aa Meet with customer to go through spend profile
\nand work proactively with them to find
\nopportunities that could move the customer into a
\nnew loyalty program level
\n\u25aa Conduct check-ins with customers that are
\nspending less than they normally do to establish
\nthe reason and to assist where possible<\/p>\n

Customer Analysis (Reporting) & Complaints:<\/strong>
\n\u25aa Weekly reporting on Churn, YTD spend, monthly
\nspend and activity report
\n\u25aa Resolve complaints or escalate<\/p>\n

Requirements: <\/strong>
\nQualifications and Experience:<\/strong>
\n\u25aa NQF 4 Matric or Equivalent (Essential)
\n\u25aa NQF 6 in Marketing (Desirabled)
\n\u25aa 3-5 years\u2019 Business to business selling experience
\n\u25aa 2-3 years Commissionable sales experience<\/p>\n
