\nInternational TV channel broadcasting company operating in over 122 markets globally.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Regional Director: Broadcasting and Sales Africa<\/p>\n
\nNone<\/p>\n
\nTo assist in the marketing, sales and promotions of 8 broadcast Channels across Africa.<\/p>\n
\nManaging information flows between channels and affiliates on all on-air and other marketing requirements
\nDay to day management of relationship with key marketing service providers<\/p>\n
\nBelow the Line and Above The Line:<\/strong>
\n– Assist with the administration, implementation and follow through of the various marketing channels marketing and promotional plans
\n– Proofing of creative work and PR copy
\n– Briefing and de-briefing of creative work and PR
\n– Liaising with and building relationships with all internal and external parties
\n– Participate in promotional planning meetings for the various channels and source new marketing ideas and mediums<\/p>\n
\n– Assisting with planning and implementation of all marketing events and promotions.
\n– Assisting with set up and break down of marketing events and promotions as and when required.
\n– Assisting at the various events as required.<\/p>\n
\n– Assist with media planning and buying.
\n– Booking and placement of adverts for newspapers, magazines, radio and other promotions as required.
\n– Orders to be processed.<\/p>\n
\n– Manage, update and distribute marketing packs to departments.
\n– Communicate all marketing activities across all departments.<\/p>\n
\n– Daily monitoring and capturing of related articles and competitor activity.
\n– Minutes to meetings.
\n– Update and implement action points on promotional and other plans.
\n– General admin duties such as faxing; filing etc.
\n– Diary management of the Regional Director
\n– Management of the ordering process.
\n– Receiving and processing of invoices for payment.
\n– Feedback and follow through of all bookings\/orders.
\n– Managment of online filing system
\n-Distribution and follow up on all prgramming and scheduling requirements per channel
\n– Updating of all country and regional reports
\n– Any extra duties as required by the Regional Director
\n.
\nHandling General queries
\n<\/strong>From internal departments and external and to become a central source of information on all Africa channels.<\/p>\n
