\nThe Data Coordinator is responsible to maintain and prepare Data for different Departments and Public Health Projects. To ensure that Data is accurately logged and processed.<\/p>\n
\nLiaise with Stakeholders
\nCompile Monthly Statistics
\nCreate\/maintain Data Files and appropriate Documentation
\nEnsure that all Documents are filled according to Aurum\u2019s SOP\u2019s
\nPerform all Administrative Duties for the Data Management Department which may include:
\nManaging Office Supplies
\nHandling Stationery request
\nTravel and Meeting arrangements
\nMaintenance of Office – upkeep and cleanliness
\nComplete daily Timesheets
\nGeneral Administration<\/p>\n
\nEducation:<\/strong>
\nA High School diploma\/Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)<\/p>\n
\nAppropriate Post Matric Qualification<\/p>\n
\nAt least 2-3 years Data Capturing experience<\/p>\n
\nThis position will be based in Swartland Local Municipality.
\nAdvanced computer and software skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Graphics, etc.
\nKnowledge of Data Capturing principles, systems and procedures
\nRecord and capture clinical data from clinical records such as files and registers to electronic database
\nAbility to do reconciliations on Excel and interpret graphs and diagrams
\nAbility to write routine reports and correspondence, create graphs and diagrams
\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\nExcellent problem-solving skills and capabilities
\nOrganized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
\nReliable with confidentiality, patience and professionalism
\nMinimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and\/or air
\nSolid knowledge and understanding of HIV\/Aids and TB
\nValid Driver\u2019s Licence
\nOwn Vehicle (optional)<\/p>\n
