\nadministration for Production, the back flush process, procurement of secondary raw materials, control and maintain stock sheets for production, co-ordinate and assist

Job Title: Production Administrative Supervisor<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
\nReference #:<\/strong> PRODADSU
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Knowledge of production line and production
\nprocess
\n\u2022 Good understanding of food safety
\n\u2022 Excellent numeracy skills
\n\u2022 Understanding of the buying process
\n\u2022 Understanding of cost analysis
\nProficient in MS Office particularly data analysis using Excel
\n(formulas & graphs)
\n\u2022 Negotiating skills
\n\u2022 Inventory management
\n\u2022 Good communication and organizational skills
\n\u2022 Strong administration skills
\n\u2022 Production planning
\nExecute all financial administration for Production
\nResponsible for the backflush process daily
\nProcurement of secondary raw materials
\nControl and maintain stock sheets for Production
\nCoordinate and assist production with financial budgets
\nInvest in personal development
\nLiving the Etlin values and adhere to all the policies and procedures
\nDefine teams output
\nDrive performance excellence<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nMinimum education (essential): NQF level 6, diploma in Accounting and\/ or finance<\/p>\n

Minimum education (desirable): NQF level 7, BCom degree in accounting and\/ or finance<\/p>\n

Minimum applicable experience: (years) 3-5 years\u2019 experience in an administration role or similar within the food industry.<\/p>\n

Preferred nature of experience: More than 5 years\u2019 experience in an administration role or similar within the food industry<\/p>\n

Legal Requirements – Valid Code B Driver\u2019s License and Own Transport.

\nClear Criminal Record<\/p>\n
