\n1.Plan and Implement Sales plan at Regional level:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n\u2022Communicate the sales plan to sales teams
\n\u2022Identify & agree on individual roles and responsibilities
\n\u2022Recruit resources according to HR Plan
\n\u2022Plan for infrastructure requirements \u2013 vehicles, offices, furniture, policy books, etc
\n\u2022Participate in Provincial budgeting process
\n\u2022Implement & monitor company policies & procedures
\n\u2022Manage sales staff performance monthly
\n\u2022Evaluate progress against goals monthly
\n\u2022Prepare monthly management report<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Track deviation, investigate reasons & recommend corrective action
\n\u2022Assist with management of monitoring petty-cash requisitions
\n\u2022Prepare management report on deviations<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Understand impact of stakeholder policies on regional business
\n\u2022Deploy the correct interactions and processes<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Knowledge of different markets
\n\u2022Company themes\/message<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Visits to districts\/sites
\n\u2022Ensure that branch offices project the required image of Cornerstone
\n\u2022Oversee the regional administrative activities
\n\u2022Liaise with provincial administration on training needs & support
\n\u2022Assist with client services and oversee sales staff & offices<\/p>\n
\nFORMAL EDUCATION:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Matric
\n\u2022Relevant Qualification (recognised by the FSCA)<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Regulatory Examination Level 5: Representatives as an advantage
\n\u2022Regulatory Examination Level 1: Key Individuals as an advantage
\n\u202230 or 60 credits on NQF level 2 (Depending on the date of appointment in the industry) or
\n\u202260 or 120 credits on NQF level 5 (Depending on the date of appointment in the industry)<\/p>\n
\n\u20221year relevant management experience
\n\u20226 months Insurance industry
\n\u2022Atleast 6 months advice and intermediary experience in category A (Assistance business)<\/p>\n
