The Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority (INSETA) is looking for Education Specialists and Sector Skills Facilitators (SSFs) to assist in recruiting and supporting new employer companies, as well as supporting existing companies with the submission of the Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report.<\/p>\n
INSETA plans to recruit for following provinces below:<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Western Cape x 1
\n\u2022 Eastern Cape x 1
\n\u2022 KwaZulu Natal x 1
\n\u2022 Free state x 1

\nThe following tasks will be the key deliverables for the SSF\u2019s and will only be paid on proper completion of those deliverables and will be managed by the Skills Development Manager.
\n\u2022 Make a contact with the company and secure an introductory meeting.
\n\u2022 Explain the WSP\/ATR process & Grant funding (where applicable), required information and INSETA evaluation criteria.
\n\u2022 Complete the documents with the company and validate the information provided.
\n\u2022 Capture and complete the documents on the INSETA system before the deadline date annually.
\n\u2022 Ensure that the signed signature page, and all other supporting documentation is submitted with the application, failing which the SSF will forfeit their payment for company, until correct documents are loaded.
\n\u2022 SSF will not be allowed to apply for extension of submission of companies.
\n\u2022 INSETA will only remunerate SSF\u2019s after the documents have been evaluated and recommended for approval.
\n\u2022 Conduct site visits for the discretionary grants\u2019 purposes with all the Criteria outlined by the INSETA Project office<\/p>\n
\nRequirements: <\/strong>
\nEDUCATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nMinimum Requirement: 3 Years experience in compiling and submitting WSP\/ATR<\/p>\n
