{"id":71069,"date":"2022-02-09T08:10:58","date_gmt":"2022-02-09T06:10:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=71069"},"modified":"2022-02-09T20:57:57","modified_gmt":"2022-02-09T18:57:57","slug":"blue-label-distribution-current-job-opportunity-apply-now-12","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/blue-label-distribution-current-job-opportunity-apply-now-12.html","title":{"rendered":"Blue Label Distribution Current Job Opportunity &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Provide feedback and expert opinion to all relevant stakeholders in regards to Human Capital Governance &#8211; employment law, policies and organizational planning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HC Governance Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Sandton, Gauteng, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> B220<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>HC Governance:<\/strong><br \/>\nDefine and implement a strategic approach and framework to governance, ensuring the provision of strategic HC management information and performance data.<br \/>\nProvide support to the Leadership team to ensure the Group meets its statutory and regulatory obligations and delivering its objective of being a well governed organisation.<br \/>\nEnsure operational compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across the landscape of core HC Operations, and partner with HC Operations and Group Risk to conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.<br \/>\nRecommend changes to processes which improve the delivery of core HC services to the organization.<br \/>\nSupports the development and execution of \u201cbest-practice\u201d governance policies and procedures.<br \/>\nDesign manuals and document data processing procedures<br \/>\nEstablish a comprehensive multi-year calendar and timelines for all aspects of governance, reporting and HC activities.<br \/>\nDevelop and implement HC Governance policies and procedures.<br \/>\nMaintains awareness of current trends in HC governance with a focus on service delivery and support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recommendations:<\/strong><br \/>\nRecommend changes to policies, processes, standards and practices that would improve operational support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solutions Analysis:<\/strong><br \/>\nAnalyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions.
