Job Title: Technical Administrator – NRC Area Cape<\/strong> Job Summary:<\/strong> KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/strong> Requirements:<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa

\nSalary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n
\nSupport the Technical Department in administrative activities to ensure accurate technical
\nreporting.<\/p>\n
\nProcess and receive job cards for technical equipment repairs from relevant suppliers and
\ncompare these against the machine registry.
\nReceive final invoices from the relevant supplier.
\nSubmit approved invoices to the creditors department for payment.
\nAct as a liaison between the creditors department and the relevant supplier by resolving
\nall queries timeously.
\nMonitor accounts on a monthly basis to determine unjust spending trends in order to take
\ncorrective action.
\nProvide telephonic support to units regarding best practices and technical policies and
\nprocedures.
\nLiaise with pathology laboratories regarding anomalies of water test conducted in the units
\nReceive unit summary report, reconcile with Technical Equipment Asset Management
\nregister and update accordingly.
\nCompile and maintain the technical equipment repairs register.
\nReceive and update the repair and maintenance general ledger from finance. Compare
\nrepair and maintenance accrual vs. actual spend and submit to National Technical
\nManager.
\nCollect and collate quarterly TTS test data from the units and calculate the National TTS
\nscore.
\nMaintain reporting templates including but not limited to the Machine Registries and Unit
\nSummary Report.
\nReceive and collate data biannually from RO chemical tests conducted in the units.
\nAssist National Technical Manager with data mining when compiling the annual technical
\nbudget.
\nMaintain PPT assignment stock levels and distribute nationally.
\nAssume responsibility for own personal and professional development
\nKeep up to date with National Renal Cares evolving policies and procedures
\nActively participate in social responsibility programs.
\nAny ad-hoc duties as and when required.<\/p>\n
\nREQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/strong>
\nGrade 12 or Equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification
\nTertiary Education in administration would be beneficial
\n3-5 years previous experience in an administrative environment
\nExperience within a technical environment
\nExperience is assets and stock management
\nFully Computer Literate and proficient in MS Office
\nExperience in SOP drafting (ISO)<\/p>\n
