Job Title: Finance Clerk (Transport)<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Muizenberg, Western Cape, South Africa
\nReference #:<\/strong> DCC02
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent
\nSalary:<\/strong> R 176,310.00 – 207,681.00 Annually<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nRESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Creating and capture students transport account on Excel and Sage
\n\u2022Loading of student\u2019s transport payments on Absa Business integrator
\n\u2022Ensuring all invoices are captured against debit orders
\n\u2022Managing municipal account’s age analysis and payment terms
\n\u2022Resolving discrepancies and queries timeously through interaction with suppliers,
\n\u2022Maintaining a clean set Accounts Payable reconciliation with all relevant documents (i.e. no unresolved items)
\n\u2022Compiling monthly reports for NSFAS and Sage against general ledger
\n\u2022Recording and filling of all the documents<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\nREQUIREMENTS:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) with Accounting
\n\u2022National Diploma \/ Degree in Financial Management with Accounting (or similar)
\n\u20223-4 years\u2019 experience in local trade Accounts Payable
\n\u2022General knowledge of Accounting
\n\u2022Must be computer literate in MS Excel<\/p>\n

RECOMMENDATIONS:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Previous Computer Accounting Programme knowledge and experience
\n\u2022Experience in the TVET sector
\n\u2022Knowledge of Tertiary Software Packages (ITS or similar)<\/p>\n
