The incumbent of this role, will be responsible in ensuring that all funds are managed timeously and accurately, through loading of funds, resolving of enquiries and maintaining relationships with internal customers, institutions, schools, FundiPay merchants, bursars, parents, and students.<\/p>\n

\nSalary:<\/strong> R 7.00 – 120,000.00 Annually<\/p>\n
\nTimeous and proper resolving of customer, parent, and student enquiries in terms of the Service Level Agreement
\nTimeous and proper handling of student & parent enquiries
\nResolving of telephonic and email queries regarding enquiries related to the FundiCard & FundiPay
\nDealing with walk in clients
\nAfter hour support
\nEnsure constant interaction with institutions, bursars, schools, and financial aid offices
\nCommunication regarding lists and changes to the list
\nResolving of telephonic and email enquiries regarding the loads, loading errors, available funds, swipes, and any enquiries related to the card
\nFirst level of communication from institutions
\nAd-hoc training
\nCommunication with internal customers:
\nCommunicate with regional offices regarding card related enquiries.
\nCommunicate with Finance Department (recons payments)
\nCommunicate with Marketing
\nEnsure constant interaction with schools and merchants in FundiPay
\nRelationship building with merchants & schools
\nTraining
\nResolving enquiries with merchants
\nAfter hour support<\/p>\n
\nMinimum: Grade 12
\nCertificate in business management\/customer service operations or related
\nAdvantage: Degree
\nAt least 2 years of experience in financial services (including in-house Fundi Customer Product training)
\n1 years of customer administration experience<\/p>\n
