guidance<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Westlake, Western Cape, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference #:<\/strong> #QAofficer<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary: <\/strong>Market Related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Operational efficiency:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance and timeous release of product to market<br \/>\n\u2022Contribute to timeous implementation of QA projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operational activities:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Assist with OTC dispensing in line with business requirements<br \/>\n\u2022Perform the the compilation and population of lot release packs in line with release priorities<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with the release of printed packaging components and ensure all colour standards are signed off, filed and where necessary delivered to relevant suppliers or printers.<br \/>\n\u2022Ensure the timeous coordination of the destruction process.<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with the capturing of data and the maintenance of QA registers and send out reports as and when required<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with the compilation and\/or closure of CCP\u2019s and Issue Logs<br \/>\n\u2022Liaise with stakeholders as and when required<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with policy passport uploads and the circulation of standard operating procedures and training material within the department.<br \/>\n\u2022Facilitate the PQR process by compiling the various attachments for annual product quality reviews.<br \/>\n\u2022Capture PTC chart entries and assist with the verification of PTC charts as and when required<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with the management of reference standards and columns for existing products and new launches.<br \/>\n\u2022Coordinate and\/or obtain quotes for consumables as\/when required<br \/>\n\u2022Ensure all invoices received from laboratories are checked against approved pricelists and processed for approval<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with the compilation of monthly QA reports to HOD<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with sending out the weekly reports for CCP\u2019s and policy passport statuses as and when required<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with the coordination of technical and\/or other agreements for signature<br \/>\n\u2022Provide the necessary QA information to Compliance and Regulatory Affairs as and when required<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with launch activities in line with business priorities<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with compilation of minutes and actions as and when required<br \/>\n\u2022To carry out any other administrative duty as and when required<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with tracking, communication, and support of annual plan activities, including but not limited to annual stability plan, Product quality review schedule, Quality Agreement schedule, audits and risk management.<br \/>\n\u2022Coordinate sample handling including receipt, storage and any sample sending requirements.<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with Data Logger handling, temperature monitoring and OOS investigation activities.<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with minor investigations ie sampling or quantity discrepancies.<br \/>\n\u2022Compile, review and file stability reports<\/p>\n<p><strong>Good Manufacturing practice (GMP):<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Maintain all GMP principles in line with departmental Quality System and SAHPRA requirements<\/p>\n<p><strong>Documentation &amp; Systems Management:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Documentation:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Assists with SOP tracking, compilation and circulation for sign off.<br \/>\n\u2022Assist with filing of QA documentation<br \/>\n\u2022Assists with monthly status reports<\/p>\n<p><strong>Systems:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Drive accuracy and efficiency of the departmental eDMS<br \/>\n\u2022Ensure ongoing compliance with GmP requirements<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>PRE-REQUISITES:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant or Bachelor of Science<br \/>\n\u2022Minimum 3 years working experience in an Quality Assurance administrative\/coordination\/officercapacity<br \/>\n\u2022Knowledge of the quality environment within the pharmaceutical industry<\/p>\n<p><strong>To
