\nSpecifications: Technical support specialist: Training department.
\nThe Technical support specialist will be required to provide technical support on training material content in line with organisational strategic objectives partners. Conduct quality assurance audits on the quality and effectiveness of the training.
\nImplement a needs and situation analysis process.<\/p>\n
\nServe as a technical specialist managing the implementation of SETA accredited training programmes.
\nWorking closely with department leaders in developing training implementation strategies that are aligned with the organisational mission and vision.
\nProvide technical support on training material content in line with organisational strategic objectives
\nConduct quality assurance audits on the quality and effectiveness of the training.
\nImplement a needs and situation analysis process. Assess key performance indicators (analyse, intervene, progress measurement) relating to the quality of training and implement improvement strategies.
\nUpskill and develop the training ability and skill set of the team and provide mentorship.
\nDevelop training, assessors and learner guidelines and SOP\u2019s<\/p>\n
\nRequirements:<\/strong>
\nEducation: Bachelor\u2019s degree (3 years) \/ NQF level 7, Post graduate Diploma and Professional Registration \/ NQF level 8)
\nProfessional Qualification: Professional registration with South Africa Nursing Council
\nPostgraduate qualification in public health, health policy, public administration, health management, project management or other health-related fields would be an advantage
\nExperience: Up to 3 years of work
\nProficient in Microsoft applications including Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook.
