\nThe Drive Consultant will be responsible for processing of data to trial balance level and preparation of annual financial statements. Processing and computing of VAT and providing client with monthly management reports. Provide training and development to intermediate and junior bookkeepers. Can maintain and manage a full client portfolio and ensure all compliance needs of the clients are met<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Manage the financial affairs for a portfolio of clients using technology and cloud accounting. Needs to be apt in technology as well as mobile apps.
\n\u2022Have a passion for working with and training clients
\n\u2022Manage the clients\u2019 finances and accounting records from source document phase right to trial balance, and beyond to financial statements
\n\u2022Annual financial statements and monthly management accounts.
\n\u2022Review of VAT calculations before submission to Manager.
\n\u2022Meeting client expectations in terms of service delivery and keeping clients updated on status.
\n\u2022Assist clients with accounting procedures and policies.
\n\u2022Liaison between client and managers.
\n\u2022Planning, organising and leading work of subordinates.
\n\u2022Improve margins through efficiency and grow client portfolio.
\nRequirements
\nQualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
\n\u2022Honours degree in Financial accounting
\n\u20223-4 years Financial Accounting Experience.
\n\u2022Preparation of a set of AFS in compliance with standards.
\n\u2022Tech-savvy and proficiency with cloud accounting and the app market place.
\n\u2022Experience dealing with external stakeholders.<\/p>\n
