\nProvide training to operating companies for statutory reporting
\nAssist in the creation of Integrated report for JSE reporting
\nPreparation of group consolidated budgets
\nIFRS Opinions, Review of new standards, Implementation of new standards
\nDevelop, implement and maintain internal financial controls where required by identifying and assessing risks in conjunction with the internal-and external auditors.

\nObtain a solid understanding of subsidiaries operations and results including variances to budget;
\nPreparation of various monthly analysis schedules;

\nAssist with preparation of reports to the board;
\nAssist with the implementation of King IV requirements;
\nCompliance with JSE and Companies Act requirements;
\nAlways up to date with the latest accounting standards as well as amendments to Companies Act and Tax Act;
