\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent
\nSalary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n
\nKey Accountabilities:<\/strong>
\n1. Acquisition of new clients and companies as per product line.
\n1. Cross-sell of all Letshego\u2019s products. Sells the subsidiary\u2019s products through
\ndigital channels.
\n2. Achieve agreed volumes, pricing and quality objectives through providing
\neffective and professional service to existing and potential customers.
\n3. Assessment and recommendation of Home Loan applicants for fast and
\neffective decision-making.
\n4. Assist Home Loan Champions in the Regions to service customers and
\nachieve their targets and budgets.
\n5. Increase the Home Loan market penetration in all Namibian regions.
\n6. Implementation and sales execution of all new products and offerings as per
\nsales execution plans.
\n7. Establish the Letshego Brand and new offerings throughout Namibia.<\/p>\n
\nKnowledge and Experience Required:
\n1. Grade 12 (25 points) and a Diploma\/Degree in Business\/Banking related
\nstudies.
\n2. Applicant must have minimum (5) five years banking experience, with
\nknowledge of sales, credit\/risk assessment skills.
\n3. Must be fully bilingual and fluency in other languages would be an added
\nadvantage.
\n4. Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
\nOffice.<\/p>\n
\n1. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
\n2. Attention to detail and accuracy.
\n3. Be innovative and self-driven.
\n4. High degree of self-confidence.
\n5. Outgoing personality with well-developed communication and interpersonal<\/p>\n
\n6. Sound experience in all aspects of sales.
\n7. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
\n8. Must be flexible within working hours.<\/p>\n
