\nThe Senior Finance manager is responsible for the financial deliverables of the department i.e. financial reporting, data analysis, investment portfolio activities etc. The individual will work with the Head of Finance and CFO in developing strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals for BDO.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Responsible for the development and maintenance of excellent relationships with stakeholders – customers, suppliers, bank, procurement, Governance Board, regulatory authorities, auditors & employees
\n\u2022Responsible for the development and execution of effective control systems regarding transaction processing & reporting

\n\u2022Reviewing monthly service line management accounts

\nQualifications & Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022B.Com, B.Compt, BSc or other relevant qualification
\n\u2022Registered as a CA(SA) with SAICA
\n\u2022At least 6 years post-articles proven experience in Reporting\/ Management accounting
\n\u2022Advanced Excel skills
\n\u2022Good knowledge of Financial systems environment and understanding of the interaction between different modules and functional areas
\n\u2022Sound knowledge of IFRS, Tax and Companies Act
\n\u2022Excellent knowledge of CI and KPI concepts and links to financial performance parameters
\n\u2022Implementation of financial accounting philosophy and measurements within operational environments
\n\u2022Has a well-developed knowledge of business operations
\n\u2022Ability to identify key drivers and opportunities to improve business performance<\/p>\n
